Bimoptic Plus Rompharm 0.3 mg/ml and 5 mg/ml eye drops, solution (bimatoprost / timolol, bottle with dropper, 5 ml)    

Bimatoprost and timolol decrease elevated intraocular pressure (IOP) by complementary mechanisms of action and the combined effect results in additional IOP reduction compared to either compound administered alone. Bimatoprost / timolol fixed combination has a rapid onset of action.
